"Relaxing Facial and Great Experience"
I had a really relaxing facial and left feeling happy with how my skin looked, the staff did mention a few add-ons during the appointment but they weren’t pushy about it at all and I still felt comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated.

"Nice staff, but not the best facial for me"
The staff was really nice, but the whole appointment felt a bit rushed. The facial itself wasn’t super comfortable for me, and afterward my skin felt tight and kind of irritated. It might work well for other people, but it just wasn’t my favorite experience

"Always a great experience"
I’ve been seeing the same provider each time, and it’s been so nice. She really knows my skin now, which makes every visit feel super easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you like having someone who gets to know your routine.

"Treatment felt rushed and I expected better"
The whole treatment was over way faster than I expected, and it left me feeling like I wasn’t really given the time or attention I should’ve been. I get that schedules can be busy, but they still need to be accountable for making sure patients feel properly cared for, not just moved along quickly.

"Gentle facial and super nice staff"
I have sensitive skin, so I was a little nervous going in, but the facial ended up being really gentle. I didn’t have any redness afterward, and my skin just felt clean and refreshed. The staff was friendly too, which made the whole experience even better.

"Issue got fixed, but it took a while!!"
I had an issue with my booking and it took a few back-and-forth messages to get everything sorted out. They did fix it in the end, which I’m glad about!! But the replies were slow and a little confusing at times. Not a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"My brows and lashes turned out so good..."
I got my brows shaped and did a lash lift here, and honestly... I was really happy with how it turned out. My brows looked cleaned up but still natural, not too thin, and my lashes had such a nice curl without looking fake. It actually lasted longer than I thought it would too. The staff was super chill and didn’t make me feel rushed at all.

"Convenient and Easy to Work In"
I really like that the Face Foundrie location is so close to the places where I usually run errands, so it’s easy to squeeze in an appointment. Parking has been fine for me too, at least the times I’ve gone. I’d probably give it 5 stars, but it does seem to get a little busy sometimes, which can make it feel less relaxing.

The place was way too loud and busy for me to really enjoy it. I also got frustrated because whenever I asked staff a question, I seemed to get different answers depending on who I talked to. It just made the whole experience feel more chaotic than it needed to be...

I paid for it every month thinking it would actually help me save some money, but it didn’t make much of a difference. Kind of frustrating because that was the whole point, and after a while it just felt like another bill

I was relieved by how clean everything was. The front area looked tidy, the rooms were well kept, and even the tools seemed properly taken care of. I remember thinking, okay, this already makes me feel a lot better. The staff was wiping things down too, so it didn’t have that messy or rushed feeling at all. It’s such a simple thing, but cleanliness really matters to me. I’d definitely go back.

I had a really nice visit at Face Foundrie. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I had a couple questions and, umm, they answered everything without making me feel silly for asking. Everyone was easy to talk to and the whole experience felt really relaxed. I’d definitely go back again
